Software Return Policy and Process

ASPA MEDIA Ltd (“we” “us” and “our”, “ASPA MEDIA”) that governs your acquisition and use of our DragonSpeechTips (DST) Custom Dragon commands or macros Products (“DST macros”, “software”, “plugin”), installed on or made available directly from ASPA MEDIA

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

You are within the first 10 days of the original purchase of the plugin.
We cannot grant refunds after the first 10 days of the original purchase.

Your reason for requesting a refund is one of the following:

You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you.
Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party software will not provide grounds for a refund.
You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing DST macros from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Customers will receive a full refund or be allowed an exchange for digital products accessed online and purchased directly from DragonSpeechTips if returned within 10 days of purchase. Digital products, which are downloadable, such as certain eBooks and Dragon commands macro products, are not eligible for return.

To obtain a refund, the customer will be required to supply proof of purchase, date of purchase and their order information to Customer Service.

All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorised by DragonSpeechTips (“DST”, “ASPA MEDIA Ltd”, “ASPA MEDIA”) as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded software lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (described below) must be made to DST within 10 days of the date DST made the software available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”), and DST must receive, at its offices, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within 15 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received by DST, or if the time requirements described above are not met. DST is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

Products not purchased directly from DST must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

If the manual and CD for the software were purchased in the form of a Download Kit at time of the download software purchase, its return will be required (and a refund given) as a part of this return process.

To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases from DST, you must obtain from DST an Affidavit of Software Destruction (described below), and complete and return the Affidavit to DST along with the manual and CD if the Download Kit was purchased. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-DST component returns. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to DST (and the Download Kit, if applicable), all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by DST clearly displayed on the form. To receive an RMA #, e-mail us at

You must provide sufficient information for DST to be able to identify your transaction, such as the DST order number and/or invoice number and/or date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If DST is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the timeframe discussed above, you will be given an RMA # as well as a copy of the Affidavit of Software Destruction ready for completion and return to DST.

When making your request for an RMA, please provide DST with your e-mail address if you can receive and print a document in Adobe Acrobat® (or “.pdf”) format. If you are not able to receive the form by e-mail in a .pdf format, you must also provide us with a mailing address to receive the form. Remember, no matter how you choose to receive and/or return the form, you are still responsible for meeting the limited time rule discussed above. You must fill out any missing information on the Affidavit of Software Destruction, sign and date the Affidavit, and return it to DST as instructed on the form.

When DST receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction (and Download Kit, if applicable) within the timeframe discussed above, DST Software will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software plus refund any appropriate taxes charged with that order. DST will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you purchased by cheque, DST will send you a cheque, so please be sure we have your mailing address. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you purchased by company purchase order, your account will be credited.


ASPA MEDIA, may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to DST macros updates, promotions, DST macros add-ons and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.


If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
